About

I am a library technician who is a librarian assistant who plans adult programmes at my local library.

I work for the Hamilton Public Library in Ontario, Canada. I love working in public libraries as there is never a dull day! My position includes planning weekly music concerts, being responsible for weekly programmes, planning schedules for a department and being on the information desks. My B.A.Sc. (Family Studies) as well as the skills I learned becoming a library technician are a real help finding out the answers to questions people ask on the desk. Nothing better than giving the person the accurate information they need!

I also enjoy reading, knitting, crochet, documentaries, getting outside when I can and being part of my community.
